The fitness training is a matter varied and often disorganized, and never agree totally dependent on the equipment to be free at the right time.
The problem mainly is not so much the lack of equipment, but lack of imagination or knowledge of the exercise. More often, people are totally dependent on the solution of cardio equipment for their training, so the lower the gym, least likely to exercise when all machines are made by other guests.
Exercise as a potential hotel, you have three options available to you, cardio, bodyweight exercises or weight using, if your gym is well equipped.
When it comes to cardio, keep your workout short but intense. Research shows that short, intense cardio burn up to 9 times the amount of fat as an exercise pace 30 minutes would be stable. Run or cycle at a faster rate than normal 30 to 60 seconds, so you feel imposed by the end of this period, then bring the rate up to twice as long at a level that is slower, but always with their work. Repeat 5 times for a great workout.
If all cardio equipment has to focus on bodyweight exercises in a short circuit. Choose 3 or 4 exercises, such as pumps, squats, lunges and ab movement. How long do depends on your schedule and fitness level. Complete as many laps as possible in 5, 7, 9, 10, 12, 15 minutes.
